I think a relation of our Phil Murray would be a distinct possibility as it doers look like he would age i think, the one massive difference is the large hooked nose. He coulda broke his nose a few times over the years but i cant see how it coulda ended up that hooked downwards. |

Phil's nephew and namesake Phil Murray in 1936. Big family resemblance to the 1891 Phil or am I talking myself into it?

Just noticed this from a earlier thread fae VT, http://celticgraves.com/topic/9213912/1/ - Tall Hardy certainly fits the bill. Quote: Mike Dolan - " . . a tall, hardy looking chap from Coatbridge, who, while a real Celt at heart, did not just fit in with that first class team we had recruited . . ." Good observation Tollcross, that particular description crossed my mind as well in relation to his stature in the 13-1 team photograph.

I think when you put it all the gither its almost certain to be Michael Dolan From the way he fits into the line-up, near positive ID from the relative and his size etc, he also looks like the goalie with only big Hammy at the back being taller. Brilliant work yir doing slap up and no doubt we will all meet up at the ceremony, Beers are oan the Committee
