Can't say i'm close to him nowadays CB, but, always see him in Tesco or the West Highland Gate in Milngavie, my mum knows him best.

But, was just on the phone to my mum, who told me that he lived with my dad and his family after his father got killed on the railways (family story is he was drunk), when he was young. His poor mother, Lilly, was expecting his younger sister Margaret at the time, so he had it tough.

I think as time passed, he wasn't too keen on the Jameson's, as they were known as big drinkers, which, is hardly surprising if he had to live with my grandfather (his uncle), who, was not the most pleasant of characters.

Last time i really got a chance to speak to him, was at my fathers funeral, a few years back.

Great to have the same blood as an immortal though

Hi Is there any info on the CFC managers from about 1906- 1914? The photo I have is of a band that played for the CFC. There are 6 guys not in uniform w/ the band. I'm curious if they were managers for the CFC?
