I'm interested in the five a side comp that was held annually and which Davie Hamilton was a member of one year. Have you come across this?

The five-a-side tournament at the Celtic Sports Day gets very little coverage in the press reports, listing the winner and runner-up amongst all the race results of the day.
Celtic also sent five-a-side teams to other Sports Days to compete.
I have copied the vast majority of Celtic Sports Day press cuttings so I have dates if anybody wants to get certain copies themselves.

wow! I'll try to add as much of this to the wiki as I can, if you have more then get back to me.

Note:
One interestign one is that Celtic Park once hosted an "England v Australia" rugby league international, that would be interesting:
3 Feb 1909, 17-17 score with just 3000 there

Hurling
Scotland v Ireland international held on 21 June 1913

Speedway
28 Apr 1928
first British speedway meeting held in the UK under "Dirt Track Auspices"

Baseball
28 Spe 1918
A baseball(!) game was held at Celtic between 2 US Forces teams.
