Posts: 1,195 Group: Admin Member #2 Joined: Oct 19, 2010	P Gallagher played for Celtic from 1888-1893 this guy was on the committee from 1893 onwards, so 99% chance it's the same guy re: player "He took ill from "inflammation" in December 1897 but the report of his death in early 1898 was "greatly exaggerated". Paddy Gallagher was the original "bould, bould Celt," the club's very first jersey player." Fullname: Patrick Gallagher. Born: 25th April 1865. Birthplace: Johnstone. Died: 7th June 1899.
