This James Quillan was born in 1856, and died in 1901

His parents were Peter Quillan and Elizabeth Lynch

He Married twice. Once to Rosanne Moore in 1874, and (as a widow) to Isabella Todd in 1898

He was a Master Cooper



There is a headstone in Dalbeth.

This is for a

Patrick Quillan b1835 d1890 (his parents are a Patrick and Elizabeth McCabe)
Elizabeth Bird b1843 d 1887

Their children

James b1868 d 1881
Joseph 1884 d1902


The above Patrick Quillan had other children, including a Maggie and a Patrick


Now




Mick married a Margaret Quillan on 23rd April in St Mary's

on the same day Margaret's brother Patrick was also married.

Their father was Patrick Quillan (Spirit merchant) and Mother Elizabeth (deceased).




Witnesses though were James Quillan and Roseanne Quillan

A notice was in the herald saying that James quillan was married to the sister of the "peruser" (A Peter winn)

Quillan is married to a Moore
Check and a Peter Winn married a Moore in 1882
